I have had really bad headaches for a couple of months every day, what can i do and will it go?

1) I'm trying to find natural remedy's as i dint want to be living off paracetamol and ibuprofen, which i Hav managed not to take for a long time, except for the odd occasion when its really bad.
2) is it a chronic tension headache or what as im pretty much getting tired of it.
3) i cant work any more or carry on with uni as stress make it worse
4) Also for the past few months ive been takin it easy, goin out and keeping my self stress free, this has helped as the headaches were severe but now the pain is bad or mild and has been like this for a long time.
5)iv tried keeping positive and having faith in God and that maybe he is testing me in patience, this has kept me going, but im really starting to feel down and find my self crying every night as iv worked hard to get to were i am now and feel i cant move on due to my headaches and other health issues along side this one.

have you had your eyes tested when you need corrected lens or an updated prescription your body will tell you and that might be whats going on even if you think that you can see just fine for a cheap way to tell go to the drug store and try on some "cheaters" the glasses by the pharmacy and see if that makes a difference however if your headaches are SO bad that they are effecting every part of your life u need to make an appointment with a doc that will be able to examine you more in depth i had a friend who past away years ago from a brain aneurysm ( hope i spelled that right ) best of luck to yeah

keep your faith! Go to a doctor, it may be serious. I suggest sleeping with a lavender fragranced object, like a sniff pillow. also heat up a bean bag, and put it over your head at night. Try moisturising eye drops.

You may a problem with Migraine or your blood pressure may be high…A headache that lasts more than a day should be looked into….
